Yes we're back! After a season of hibernation these past few months we are back and ready to hit the warmer weather here in New York. I get so inspired at the start of a new season when new inventory is arriving on a daily basis. It's like a rebirth and a resurgence of energy pumping through the warehouse.

Although it all feels new, it does always come down to the basics for me - that classic rocker tee and my favorite denim. Styles come and go, as do trends, but that is a classic look that will never get old and is always on trend!

THE ROCKER TEE

Rowdy Sprout is one of our staple brands and it never disappoints. Not just because they're great quality tee shirts, but because it brings back memories of concerts and moments of our past that are just brought to life through music. Just when you think the season's collection can't get any better she comes up with the greatest designs.

Even though they are bands our kids have never heard of, it can definitely spark conversations about the past and mostly about classic rock history.

Can be worn with anything!!! The band tee is a unisex look that could be paired with skinny jeans or your favorite shorts for a boy. Girls have the option of adding some flare to their band tee with a favorite tutu - ultimate rocker style!!

DENIM

Although we try to fight it and buy denim without the rips for ourselves and our kids, it's just not possible. There is nothing like a cool pair of ripped denim jeans or shorts that can complete any look.

We have some great new styles from Tractr this season and we added some denim skirts this time around. For some kids, it's definitely not their first choice when it comes to bottoms but when you find that favorite pair that is so soft and ripped in just the right places, it can become your go to!

We have some great denim for boys by Rowen Christian and Susies Custom which is unisex.
